The Sale is Finally here! 

Hello Everyone!

I have been diligently adding almost every artwork I have created in the last few years to my website shop and I am so excited to share it all with you now! I just might be insane, but I did a final count and there are over 450 original works of art available on my website now. Many are very small and simple, but still!

I am so grateful that so many of you have signed up to see it. I am thrilled that you are supporting me and my projects and also so excited that so much of my artwork has an opportunity to go out into the world. It is truly such an honor for me to have my work in the sacred and intimate spaces of your homes. I hope my work brings a little brightness and beauty into your world.

In a nutshell, the sale will happen in three stages:

Starting now and for the first week, you can peruse my website, look over the sale pages with their hundreds of artworks, and purchase anything you really want and feel you can afford at full listed price.

Be sure to click on the pictures of each item to see the full artworks and dimensions, as the website crops a preview of every item into a square shape.

Starting at 8pm on Black Friday, use code BF25 to get 25% off all original artworks (meaning the discount works on everything except reproductions such as greeting cards).

Starting at 8pm on Cyber Monday, use code CM50 to get 50% off all original artworks! This is the cheapest you will ever see my artwork. Buy up anything that is left to fill out your Christmas shopping list!

Once again, this newsletter is totally sale-focused. Next month we will pick back up on sharing my progress on the project. At the bottom of the email, I will again include a general intro to my project for the newcomers to the newsletter!

Reminder: Sale codes will not work for Greeting Cards, Calendar Packs, and other reproductions. You can add them to your order and get them shipped along with your order, but the discounts won’t apply to their prices.

How to Navigate the sale itself:

As mentioned, the shop is now live on my website and the first stage will allow you to peruse all of the items and purchase anything you really want at full listed price! This goes from now onwards, and is accessible to all.

To help you navigate the HUNDREDS of artworks, I have divided the shop into four separate shops, each of which you can sort by category by clicking on the words on the top of the page.

For example, if you go to the “Sale -Animal Drawings” tab, you can then sort by medium (charcoal, ink, mixed-media, etc.) or by subject (birds, mammals, other animals).

You will find the different shops by navigating the main menu of the website, and the different categories will appear within each shop. It will look like this on a computer:

Once you are on my website, you will easily be able to poke around the tabs and figure it out, but here are direct links to each section:

“Reproductions” means Greeting Cards and the like. Discount codes will not apply to anything on this page. The “Other Works on Paper” page has lots of fun stuff including Printmaking, Cyanotypes, and Gilded Drawings.

Shipping Details and Advice:

-I will do all shipping in early December. If you if you buy multiple things over the week of the sale, I will send them all together after the sale ends. If you have already ordered calendars or cards, I will also sit on those until after the sale and send them with any additional purchases.

-If you are Local to Central PA, you have the option to choose “No Shipping Needed - Will Pick up” and I will have lots of pickup options, we will work it out.

-If you are only buying one or two items choose “USPS”. This has an assigned amount of shipping per item that should be fairly accurate, however as they accumulate, you may be eventually way overcharged for shipping. For example, if you buy a painting with shipping set up for $20, and four different drawings that each would cost $10 in shipping on their own, you will get charged $60 for shipping. However, it is practically free for me to slip those drawings into the painting package, so actual shipping cost might be $25. To prevent this, I have set up a third option:

-If you are buying many items and/or purchasing items at different stages of the sale choose “Exact Shipping Cost - May Require Additional Payment Later”. This will charge you $10 per order plus $1 for each item. After I mail you your package, I will reach out to you for the remainder of the exact shipping cost if the package cost a lot more to send.

A Final Tip For Sales at “Rush” Times:

If you are buying multiple things right at the moment a discount code goes live, it is possible you will have something in your cart that someone else is also in the middle of purchasing. In this case, the sale may fail to go through. This happened a lot during the first hour of my big sale in 2017.

If this happens: Start over and purchase things one at a time. Unfortunately, it is the only way to get around the problem. This is because the website takes a few minutes for the “out of stock” notification to appear on an item, so it can be a little hard to tell what is available and what has recently sold during those high traffic sale moments.

With the help of my family, I bought the most magical property on 5/6/2021. It is beautiful beyond my wildest dreams and is near two waterfalls, two creeks, and a reservoir! My father is a builder and together we have designed and are building my future home, studio, and a place to host all kinds of art workshops and other small events. Our team is small but mighty… and mostly working for free… so the going is slow. However we are making a LOT happen with what we have and I am learning all kinds of construction skills. This monthly newsletter shares my progress as we go along!

The day I closed on the property! It had a trailer on it, now gone, which is the site of the house I’m building. You can see here that it is above the cliff with two waterfalls!
